Yes   this is a Christmas card.  I am following along with the challenges at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps  #kraftinkimmiestamps, and one of the challenges for this week was to use gold.

The paper gave me a vintage feel and because it was somewhat busy, I thought all that it needed was to highlight the sentiment which I embossed with gold and used some gems in my stash.  I used the set "HolidayWishes" which has other great sentiments on it as well.  

By following along with these challenges I am trying to get one Christmas card done per week and who knows?  Maybe I will have all of my cards well completed and ready to mail by the beginning of December.
