December Skrappy Challenge!

    Good morning krafty friends! 

It's December, and that means it's time for a brand new

SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Here are some Skrappy projects from our Design Team to inspire you! 

I made the ornament with a wood slice from the Dollar store.  It was stamped in Kraftin Kimmie Wicked Black ink and then coloured with Copics.  It is going to make a nice ornament/gift tag.

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!

December Saturday Challenge #675 - Christmas and/or Winter!

   Good morning and welcome to our new 

Monthly Saturday Challenge

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Are you ready for another krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?

We've got some fabulous ideas for you 

and can't wait to see what you create!

This month our Saturday Challenge themes for you are: 

Christmas and/or Winter

You can choose one or both - whatever inspires you!

Krafty Girl Tamara is hosting our challenge! We take a little break over the holidays so we will not be posting a mid-inspiration post this month, but you can still enter all month long!

I made a 6 x 6 card for our challenge using the cute stamp set, Wooly Wonderland.  You can use this for just about any occasion.  

For the background I used a piece of a 6 x 8 paper pad and trimmed it to size.  The lamb was coloured and glittered up (of course!!) and attached with foam tape.  The sentiments were stamped on the base paper, cut out and added with foam tape.  

I am truly pleased with the way this turned out.

November Hop & Shop!

I had fun with this card using the Ugly Sweaters Stencil and the sentiment from the stamp set, Sweater Weather.  

This icy rink is sized to fit our Sweater Weather pond perfectly!

November Krafty Peeks... Day FOUR! Icy Penguin Pals!

  Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the November Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Our penguin friends are back again, and this time they are celebrating winter with warm wishes! They're sporting tiny skates and this set has a frozen pond and accessories!

These penguins are just adorable.  I couldn't choose just one or two to showcase so I made a slimline pop-up box card.  Colouring the little penguins to match the paper, you can personalize them for anyone or to match any paper

November Krafty Peeks... Day THREE! Advent 2022!

   Today is our third day of Krafty Peeks for the November Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We are 'peeking' a very special stamp set with exclusive images from our 2022 Advent Calendar! These mini's are perfect for Christmas tags, banners, cards and more!

These images from the special "Advent 2022" set make such sweet cards for that someone special on your list.  If you don't have the Advent 2023 package you need to get it.

November Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! Snowy Village!

    Welcome back to Day TWO of our November Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

These lovely holiday homes and village accessories are perfect to build wonderful winter scenes on your cards and scrapbook pages!

These snowy village images were so adorable to make some winter and Christmas scene cards with.  After colouring with Copic markers I added some glitter and snow effect gel.  So many possibilities. I even made the first two cards fancy folds.

November Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Sweater Weather!

     Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our November Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have an adorable set of winter friends,

designed by Sabrina van Vloten,

 and it's called.....

Sweater Weather!

These sweet animals are enjoying frosty activities, bundled up in their cozy sweaters, and they even have some hot cocoa! Plus the accessory images are perfect to mix and match! As a bonus, be sure to check out our Build a Snowman stencil below, which has an icy rink sized to fit our friends' pond perfectly!

This icy rink is sized to fit our Sweater Weather pond perfectly!

I coloured the little critters up with Copics and added them to the skating rink image that I made using Kraftin Kimmie ink in Ocean Opulence. I used the stencil to ink blend and then stamped over the image and finished off with a final coat of transparent gloss paste.  It made for the perfect skating rink.  I also added an image to the inside of the card too.  We all know that after a skating adventure, hot chocolate is the perfect finish!

Both designs are perfect for all your cards, scrapbook pages, mixed media and more!

You'll get to see all of our brand new goodies in action over the next few days of the November Krafty Peeks and everything will be released at our LIVE Release Party 

on  Saturday, November 18th at 2 pm EST in the Krafty Friends group!
