August Krafty Peeks...Day TWO!

  Welcome back!

Did you enjoy yesterday's Peeks?
Well, we are back with MORE fun stuff!

Today we are spotlighting a new stamp set
from artist Neda Sadreddin called 
Air Mail!

Eeeee!  Such cute and fluffy little characters in the sky!!

Head out on today's krafty hop and you'll see so many fun creations from the Krafty Team that are just.....plane amazing!

I used the rocketship image from "Air Mail" to make this card today.  I coloured this image with my copics after stamping with Kraftin Kimmie Wicked Black Ink.  I also dry embossed with the stencil for the inside of the card.  The 'moon' die was used to create a hole in the front of the card that I made into a clear peek a boo using clear acetate in between the card base and the front patterned paper of the card.  I cut another moon shape from matte silver cardstock for the moon and added a few stars.  You can now see the moon behind the images that are on top of the acetate.

June Krafty Peeks....Day FOUR!

  Good morning and welcome to our FINAL day of

June Krafty Peeks!

Today we are revealing our last stamp set which will be releasing tomorrow afternoon at 3pm ET!

This one is from artist Neda Sadreddin and is called

GOOD TIMES & TAN LINES!

It's the perfect summer stamp set with these adorable kiddos!

 

 

I love this stamp set.  The images remind me so much of fun times in the summer.  Great for cards or scrapbook pages too.  I used the little boy to make a card with this set.  I used some of the accessory stamps, which are awesome, to create a scene at the beach.  I added a little bit of embossing powder to the bucket to make some sand as well

I used the stamp set, Look Out World, to create a simple welcome baby card . This set is full of must have baby images for whatever you need.

I used the New Baby Layering stencil in non-traditional colours for the 4 x 4 size cards I made-this size is also perfect for gift enclosures. I used Designer Denim and Lovely Lagoon inks for the first card, and the second card uses Lavish Lilac and Mostly Melon. I popped up a sentiment in co-ordinating ink and my card is done.

April Mid Month Challenge Inspiration!

Yes, I used all of the prompts to make this card. I used something old which was the paper and the Pawprints stencil which I used to dry emboss my background paper.   Pawprints 2 Stencil! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps  

I also used the adorable stamp set, Furry Angels! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Furry Angels.  I have had this set for a while but this is the first time that I have inked it up and used it.  (gasp) This is a set that you need to have.  Pets have become part of our family.   

I also used the stencil, Krafty Scenery 4, for the background clouds  Krafty Scenery 4! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps  and I used Blue Bay Ink to add the clouds to my image mat. Blue Bay Ink Pad! – Kraftin Kimmie Stamps  Of course I added some glimmer to the wings. I love doing challenge cards.  They certainly make you go through your stash/supplies to find and use what we have. 

Every month we post a brand new challenge with two themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like. This month's challenge will remain open until the end of the month!

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Our Challenges are now combined with the 

Skrappy Challenge (first Tuesday of the Month)

I used the cute stamp set, Stu-pand-ous, for this step card featuring all 3 of these Red Pandas.  Pandas are one of my favourite things and these little Red Pandas have made their way into my heart, too.  I love how the accessory stamps just add the right amount of detail to this card.  I used the Wonderful Wildlife stencil to dry emboss the green cardstock for more texture underneath the die cut bamboo.

March Krafty Peeks... Day ONE! Stu-pand-ous!

        Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our March Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have a beary adorable set for you,

These cute red pandas are ready to make your creations panda-stic! The awesome accessory stamps are perfect to create amazing scenes!

For those that know me, Pandas are my weak spot.  I just adore these animals and these red pandas from Neda are no exception.

I made a step card to showcase the little pandas and used the accessory stamps to create a scene for the pandas as well.  

Using the Wonderful Wildlife stencil, I dry embossed a piece of green cardstock and die cut it for my card.  It just adds the correct dimension without overwhelming the card with design.

For the first card I used the amazing stencil Layering Eggs and inked up the first layer with a variety of Kraftin Kimmie inks and the second layer is white stencil paste that I added some stickles to, for a slightly shimmery accent. I added a die cut and I think that the beautiful stencil is definitely the highlight of this 6x6 card. 

The second card uses an image from New Beginnings.  I thought that the little bunny was a perfect image for a focal point and added a  Happy Easter die cut to complete this mini slimline card.
