February Mid Inspiration Saturday Challenge #677 - Love/Hearts and/or Things That Hop!

This month our Saturday Challenge themes for you are:

Love/Hearts and/or Things That Hop!

You can choose one or both - whatever inspires you!

Our Ink Of The Month, which will be on sale all month long is the gorgeous Blue Bay Ink Pad, Ink Cube and Reinker! Grab it now to add to your collection..

This month's challenge will remain open until February 29th!

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Our Challenges are now combined with the 

Skrappy Challenge (first Tuesday of the Month)

and the Christmas Challenge In the Krafty Friends FB group! So feel free to enter any or all of these - the monthly prize is a $20 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

Woohoo!  There are two ways to enter: you can link up your creation on the  Kraftin’ Kimmie blog page and if using KKS products, you can upload your photo to the album in our Krafty Friends FB group.  *These are all challenges we have done in the past but now when you upload them, please put them all in the one challenge albuIm!

I chose "things that Hop" for the mid-month Challenge.  Kooky kangaroos fit the bill.  I coloured the little kangaroo with copics and fussy cut the sentiment and mat.  The sentiment was attached with a mini spring for the bouncy and hop.  This is a cute card that is sure to bring a smile to someone's face.

February Hop & Shop!

    Woohoo!!! 

Today we are celebrating all the fabulous new goodies in our February Release that are NOW available in the

For the first card I used the amazing stencil Layering Eggs and inked up the first layer with a variety of Kraftin Kimmie inks and the second layer is white stencil paste that I added some stickles to, for a slightly shimmery accent. I added a die cut and I think that the beautiful stencil is definitely the highlight of this 6x6 card. 

The second card uses an image from New Beginnings.  I thought that the little bunny was a perfect image for a focal point and added a  Happy Easter die cut to complete this mini slimline card.

February Krafty Peeks... Day TWO! Gear Up!

  Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the February Release 

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

These robots are absolutely awesome!! You'll find them perfect for birthday, thank you and so many more themes! Who doesn't love a cute robot!!

These 2 Robots are so adorable.  What a great Birthday or any day card .  I love the design of these little guys or girls and I added them to a mini slimline card scene.  Finishing them off with some layers and enamel dots and this card is ready to go!

I used the cute critters to make a mini slimline card to celebrate spring.  The Colour of the month is Blue Bay Ink and I matched it to my cardstock and background for this card.  How fun!

February Skrappy Challenge!

  Good morning krafty friends! 

It's February, and that means it's time for a brand new

SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Here are some Skrappy projects from our Design Team to inspire you! 

The first project is one that I made using the stamp set, Beary Love.  I coloured the image with copics and then embossed some of the hearts with white powder.  The Little bear was then added to a candy tube topper for a sweet little Valentine treat.

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!

For this challenge I chose Love/Hearts and made a tag/bookmark using the Beary Love stamp set and dry embossing with the Happy Hearts stencil.  I love the little bears on this set and enjoy making Valentines and Love You themed cards with them.  This tag could be incorporated onto a card or used as a blueprint to make a card, full size or slimline, you choose 

Every month we post a brand new challenge with a choice of themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

Here is some inspiration from our Design Team using the adorable I Pick You stamp set!

I used the layering stencil, Falling Hearts, from last month's release for this 4 x 4 card.  I used Precious Pink and Ruby Red Kraftin Kimmie inks. These inks blend so smoothly and look great together.
